Clan chat not showing legendary items?

Hi,

I’m playing the new season with my friend and we’re both in the same clan, however for some reason we cannot see when a legendary item is inspected in the chat window as we have been able to since it was released.

Any guidance? We’ve tried leaving and remaking new clans, but this doesn’t help.

It’s the same for the both of us.

This is the wrong forum, but I’ll try to help you out.

By “inspected” I assume you mean “identified”. You can toggle Legendary items showing in the Chat Window on and off. To do so:

  1. Open your Clan Window.
  2. Click on the News tab.
  3. Click Settings (the gear icon).
  4. Check the box for Items if you want items to show in Chat.
  5. Uncheck the box for Items if you don’t want items to show in Chat.

The image below shows the Items box unchecked. So, my Clan’s items will not show up in my Chat Window.

Hey there,
I am having the same issue. Your tutorial how to activate items in chat was nice - but it didnt fix the problem. Items still not shown in Chat. Anyone a better idea what to do?

Got the same issue. Items wont show, i got items enabled too.

Want to bump this issue. My friends are having the same issue. We have the same settings. It works for me but not for them.

This may be related to the Community/Clan issues some have been experiencing lately. In which case, you’re in the right place for reporting it.

Our clan just noticed the same issue.
We have checked the settings and that was set correctly.
I asked around in the game chat with others. They are also having the same bug.
I ask if ANYONE had this feature working.
It is not working for anyone from what i can tell.

We would appreciate an update on this.
