Since you know it already, D2GM organise a competition every reset to keep the community alive (Thx to the guild). In this circumstance, it would be nice for you to give us the exact time you going to reset the server (Like you did for the 20 last reset that happened).
I think that community doesn’t ask too much.

Is Blizzard ‘expecting’ to deliver the reset at a similar time?
- You can’t call Blizzard. They don’t have a incoming phone line. They answer support tickets.
- CS has no idea when the Devs are resetting the ladder. So even if you got through, they can’t tell you.

But what ever, can blizzard (activision) do the right thing and give us a time of reset !
