Yup. I would think both apply and have always applied. The strange thing is it isn’t that hard to enforce, so the lack of effort bamboozled the legit community.
Like I mentioned earlier. A part time intern could clean up the game with just a few hours put in a week. Not sure how or why the cheaters were allowed to take over when simple anti cheat measures would have worked.
Remember the old thread? The #1 most viewed and commented thread in D3 forum2.0 and 1.0s history. The thread that got disabled because enough cry baby cheaters mass flagged it… Thats the world we live in. We got silenced for demanding justice and upholding the rules.
Here we are again with the same valid concerns and crickets.
