D3planner cap CHC at 75%, but we can exceed that, is that correct? Or is it only HOTA that can exceed the 75%?
I should know this, but I can’t remember.
There’s no cap, but for non-HOTA builds, there is a certain limit based on the gear you can equip.

You can exceed it with Into the Fray which has no cap.

Correct. There is max you can equip on gear but using hota builds or battle rage-into the fray you can achieve 100% or close to it.
