Chat Error Code 10014

Hi guys,
I just bought diablo 3 yesterday and already have a bug. I can’t join a channel in chat and I don’t see anything when something is written. It just comes: The chat participant is not authorized to perform this action (error code 10014).

Can someone help me here?

2026 nearly and nobody actually trying to figure it out

Would be great if a Community Manager could confirm if this is a known bug.
