Twice now this season my characters and anything they were wearing having disappeared for no reason on the Xbox. It hasn’t happened to the other account attached to the Xbox, so wondering why everything was deleted except for my paragon points and anything in my stash?
You should move this thread to the Console Bug Report Forum.
Moving Threads
- Click the pencil icon next to the title of your thread.
- Click the “Category” field to bring up a list of Forums.
- Find the proper Forum and select it.
- Save your edit.
This will move your thread to the selected Forum, including all replies.

Lemme guess… were you playing hardcore and the character died?
No, not hardcore lol just a regular season! I’m newer to the game.
It sounds like one of the accounts was logged out.
