- Level 70 means the Rift Level. (Which will also be your Character Level, if you started the game).
- Nephalem Rift is NOT a Greater Rift. (As @Leviathan and @yessquire pointed out).
- Torment I difficulty or higher is Game Difficulty.
For later Chapters, when doing the timed Nephalem Rifts, keep this in mind:
The timer starts as soon as you click ACCEPT to open the Rift. (See image below). NOT when you enter.
The timer does not end until you see the Event Complete Toast Window popup after talking to Orek. (See image below). You can skip through his dialog if you need to.
Since you’re supposed to be in a Nephalem Rift, 15 minutes, 7 minutes is irrelevant.
This is not a bug.
