You mean the enforcer gem? The interaction between spirit barrage and pet damage bonuses was a bug and got fixed.
This reduce the damage of the build but it’s still pretty powerful in the right hands. It’s on par with wwrend and AoV in the seasonal LB. I surpassed my last SB WD GR without the pet damage, probably because I’ve learned to play it a little better and a few more paragons than the last.

Mund is still more powerfull than any other WD build. Others need to be buffed.
