Change mouse cursor

(This topic has been brought up many times before but Blizzard decided that the old topics are not accessible anymore so I need to make a new one…)

I have a lot of problems finding the location of my mouse cursor on screen and fixing this would really help me finishing GR’s faster etc.
I decided to look online for a solution. I found out there should be an option in the game to make the cursor bigger but i’m still unable to do this.
I have tried a lot of different things (32-64bit mode, fullscreen-minimized modes,…) but cannot seem to get the option to change it.
Then I found some mouse cursors to use on Windows but they don’t show ingame so they are still useless.
I also found a program that can be used to do this but this is probably against Blizzard TOS so I don’t want to do this.

Does anyone have an idea?

Makes the cursor pretty big with different shapes and colors. People have uses it for years in D3 to my knowledge.

Cool app recommendation. :+1:
I shall be trying that with a different game.

And OP yes, the large cursor is very buggy. I don’t think it actually works properly for many players. Mine is stuck on in the 64-bit client which i use, if i try to turn it on by checking the box for it the cursor turns invisible. :man_shrugging:

It even has a sword cursor for D3, it appears.

LOL I feel like a monkey using tools for the first time.

First I’ve heard of this. I doubt that I will use it, but it seems pretty cool.

What I like best is, you can collect your own custom cursors to use in-game. Uses .cur or .ani cursor files.

In 32-bit client, the cursor might go hidden in some situation.

When 64-client came out with Large Cursor option, it fixed this issue. This is the greatest improvement ever, IMO.

Some players (incl. me) have invisible Large Cursor in Fullscreen mode.
Fortunately, the Windowed(Fullscreen) works fine in my case.
Try it if you haven’t yet.
