Mempo always rolls with Int, IAS, all resist and socket.
This means your helm can’t get Int, CC and Meteor with a reroll. Now that the helm has been changed for meteor, IAS and all resist should be removed as default.

or you can just put it in the cube
Unless you want to wear it for LoD.
tal set seems a bit faster and easier to stack dmg than lod, and they both are in the same power
but yeah, anyways i doubt they’ll change the default rolls of the item when the patch is out already, it would be something very strange.
I’m fairly sure this is something that could be changed with a simple hotfix on the server side without any additional patch.
I would much rather see APOC able to roll on mempo by default over IAS
I have a better idea remove the power from Mempo, introduce another new helm and give that new power to that helm. Meteor power doesn’t fit with its lore bit anyway. I know no one cares but I do.
It should have been put onto the Storm Crow
Lol the only thing they’re gonna do is nerf it to oblivion once again when they decide it was “overperforming” and “overtuned”.
So enjoy its 5 minutes of fame while it lasts.
Mempo of Twilight should alter your gamma settings to make the screen ever so slightly darker, except for your character who sparkles. This would be similar to Blind Faith except it just makes everything the same color: dark grey.
I think the legendary power of Mempo of Twilight must grant you extra damage mitigation when you’re under the control impairing effects. That means, if you use crowd control immunity, there’s no use for the helm but generally speaking a Witch Doctor or Necromancer would like it, as well as some other specs that doesn’t use ultimate transformation abilities. This fits the lore bit of the helm and part of the once removed Pacifism passive ability of Monks.
So back in the day, Mempo was the go to helm. Then sets and other legendaries were added, and it’s practically worthless. It’s meme bait at best, especially if it’s a primal. One of those dropped for me in Season 26 when I was running my Monk.
I forgot what I zapped, but it’s a 1000 dex, 7% attack speed, 6% crit hit helm with increase gold and health globe pick up by 2 yards and a 5.1% chance to fear mobbies. Right now it’s collecting dust in my stash, I may give it to the scoundrel, I may zap it for 15 souls.
Since smart loot really isn’t smart, I am sure I will still see it over and over again even though I will not be playing the wiz, necro, or wd.
A Demon Hunter can benefit from a Scoundrel using that, as Fear proc can be handy. As most well known DH specs are using Zei’s , it would help DH to keep monsters at a certain distance for damage increase but it can also scare mobs away from its Night’s Veil area, which is the main reason you bring a Scoundrel. Be sure you have a secondary crowd control on the service of your DH to prevent that.
Also Mempo always roll with main stat, resist to all and attack speed; you rolled ChC% which was kind of a waste I believe.
Before all this power creep broke the game, Mempo was used as a go-to helm for Brawling but now it’s impractical.
its fine as is. if you want different rolls, find a different helmet.
APOC would open up a lot more variety, could get rid of Prism, Power of the storm (although you could do this now with enough RCR rolls) and add/remove some passives. OR you could keep them and do Star pact variation.
Choices are good.
