I’m playing on the switch, the challenge rift is stuck on 365, it will not reset. It shows the challenge rift is expired, but won’t switch over to the new rift. Super frustrating since rift 366 is necromancer and that’s my favorite!

The same is happening on the PS5. This is true with PS5/PS4…
Same thing is happening on the Xbox versions.

Same on Nintendo Switch (EU Server). Please fix this, the season is ending soon.
Any word on whether there is a fix? Has anyone reported it?

Perhaps they think their new cash cow is superior, and they don’t care anymore. 
Was able to complete on PC early this week but my system kicked the bucket so I started a new game on Xbox One X and seeing this expired thing too.
It’s required for the altar
The challenge rift is not updating on consoles, its still stuck on 365, and won’t allow me to do 366. Seeing as how ive hit the point in the altar i need that cache this is a major issue. This is as of 6/27. Blizz are you even here listening to us anymore?

You’d think Blizzard had a couple employees… Guess letting their games be broken is just an insight to their development futures…

no it has not been fixed at least for me, i hope this doesn’t continue to next seasons rifts.
if they don’t fix it it’ll look bad on them, how could they possibly drop the ball on something this important

Same here on Xbox Series X. Didn’t reset last week and this week is the same. Need the Challenge Cache to advance the Altar.
