If they were actually still doing anything with the game, I’d say they should update the criteria to something like a 5-7 minute GR100-GR130 clear. Then you’d get some actual real builds made with some sense, but still have some room on the bottom end for some off-meta stuff. You can clear a 7 min GR100 with just about anything.
It’s the same with a lot of the conquests, power increased by like 100x but they never updated the conquests past T10 or the challenge rift past GR45-60 to compensate for all the buffs to player power.
