Hey, I just did my Challenge rift, and finished it. The Cache didn’t appear in mail. I checked season and standard to be sure. I redid the challenge rift and still didn’t get the mail. Is there a known bug with it? I did the Monk Rift last week, and the WD one today. The first cache did appear, but today’s didn’t.

PC and on EU Server. I do a CR everyday now but still haven’t gotten it

Just to clarify, I got mine normally. On both NA and EU, PC.

I play on PC, on the Americas Region and got both of mine this Season. The first one I did Friday when the Season started (Monk). I opened it for the starting boost. The second one (Witch Doctor) I did this past Tuesday and sacrificed to the Altar of Rites.
I started on Sunday and did my monk GR. Used it for a smooth lvling as well and wanted to sac the second one for the altar as well. Now I’m Sitting and waiting for the next reset while I cant get my altar any further… I really hope that it will work next week…
