Kept having this error when trying to connect to battlenet. Have waited 12h or so since first encountered. any workaround ?
restart your computer or open task manager and end any battle.net related tasks and wait5 minutes. Game.exe etc.

I just reinstalled the game when it happened. Should work if you have not done so already.
