Hi all, a friend of mine has been away for a year and today he got back but realize there were no records of his greater rifts at all in the career page, basically the page was empty…also the main character he used for all greater rifts 150 were gone missing too…
In the seasons page he saw the record of 900 hours logged to his main, but the character was no where to be found in the account
He has no idea of what happened and he is pretty upset about it now…any idea what’s going on with his account?
Nothing wrong.
Era rollovers every 3-12 months (variable). The leaderboard (incl. best personal GR record) are reset at the time of Era rollover. It is normal.
Next era rollover shall happen before S22.
But my account has greater rift records even back in 2016 under career…his account was basically empty…
Could it be the missing character that wipes off all the record? As he uses that main to run gr150…
If his record was done on 2016 or later, the record should still be there.
Missing character? … are you sure he is logging into the correct region? (without his bnet tag id, I can’t check his profile)
Also, is he using the correct bnet account (email address). Some people have multiple bnet accounts and get mixed up.
If both bnet account and region are correct, but still don’t find his characters, try changing password. Logout everything and relogin sometime (few minutes?) after changing password.
If still not working, he may need to contact Account support.
He was pretty sure this is the only bnet account he has, also sure missing main.
Wondering though. If his main was deleted for whatever reason it is, will the records vanish from his career record as well?
Not sure, may be, as the record is associated with a hero.
If he deleted the hero, he can restore the last hero himself.

He need to contact Account support then.
