Dropped 2 of the 3 items in craft. cant get the third one. supposed to give all 3. Got boots and pants. belt is nowhere to find

My guess is that you have it set to only show items that you have the materials for, and that you are missing some of the required materials.

If not, then please take a screenshot showing the blacksmith page open to belt, and boots and select “Highest Usable”, and post to an image hosting site like Imgur.com, then paste the link here.

Select the link, and click the </> button so that it will let you post the link.

That’s not how blacksmith plan works in D3. There are 2 plans for Captain Crimson set because there are low level version and the 70 version. That’s it. Once you learn a plan, all the CC gear from that version becomes craftable.

There are no boots plan, pants plan, and belt plan. It’s low level [belt, pants, boots] CC plan, 70 [belt, pants, boots] CC plan. So check again.

Make sure your filter on the crafting menu says “Show All” in the drop down menu on the top right of the interface. If you don’t have the right materials, the default filter will hide things you can’t currently craft.

Failing that…

Have you found the updated plans? If you haven’t, you might still be looking at the old version which didn’t include a belt. If this is the case, you just need to run some bounties or kill some Odeous Collecter goblins. The plans should drop quick enough.

You can tell by checking the 3p bonus, the new version increases your damage/toughness by the value of your CDR/RCR. The old version only increases your CDR/RCR.

If none of this sounds like your problem, then perhaps a screenshot of what your looking at like VitaKaninen suggested might help us work it out.

The Blacksmith in Seasons will not have any items from Plans listed at all until you find and teach him those Plans.

The Blacksmith in non-Season will NOT have the old Captain Crimson’s Trimmings items listed either. They were removed when the new CCT Set was updated. You must find the new Plan: Captain Crimson’s Trimmings and teach it to Haedrig the Blacksmith again.

Once you teach Haedrig the Plan, he can craft all items in that Set. Only the Plans for Legendary items are for single items.

There are 2 different Captain Crimson’s Sets:

Captain Crimson’s Finery (Level 31)

  1. Captain Crimson’s Satin Sash (Belt)
  2. Captain Crimson’s Bowsprit (Pants)
  3. Captain Crimson’s Whalers (Boots)

Captain Crimson’s Trimmings (Level 70)

  1. Captain Crimson’s Silk Girdle (Belt)
  2. Captain Crimson’s Thrust (Pants)
  3. Captain Crimson’s Waders (Boots)
