i have done 10 sets of bounties and kill like 15 odious collectors and have not gotten the plan for captain crimson trimmings. at first i thought it was just bad luck but now im not getting any plans from odious collectors or bounties. from what i have seen on the forums people have some trouble getting plan but none of them have said that they stopped getting plans altogether. i would really like to know if this is a bug because i dont want to waste time seeking out this plan if its bugged and cant drop
man I havnt gotten it in NS or seasonal characters so… I dunno, and I just farmed bounties one day to try to get it and no luck.
Blizzard wants my D3 user Id so they can checkbit but they are saying its not a bug
