Hello, I just finished twice in a row a flaw in difficulty 45 in extreme mode without a set object and it didn’t validate the superhuman hf for me.

Chances are, this is not a bug. Post a screenshot of your character and what items she was wearing when you did your run. You likely had a set item equipped.
You are running a greater rift, not a normal rift, right? And you are completing it in less than 15 minutes?

Althea is not a seasonal hero; conquests (and the « Périple ») only applies to seasonal heroes.
There are no HC achievements for specifically completing a level 45 gRift in non-season.
