Upgrade is “grayed out”. Other higher gems have a blue upgrade button and lower gems have a blue upgrade button. This particular gem is lvl 99 and the button is grayed out and doesn’t function when clicked.
What is the issue here?
Legendary gems have varying level caps. LOD is capped at 99.
