Can't see achievements or season journey

Wen’t to work on season journey last night, and mastered a set dungeon, only to have no journey completion popup appear, no credit in text window. Bringing up season journey (shift+j) results in a blank page. Achievement page has many missing strings and such. I’ve run repair, deleted the files, and re-downloaded the game but the issue remains.
