Cant play my early access / Character already in a game

I see im not the onlyone having this issue, any staff in at sunday that can fix this? I cannot access my character because of it, and if i try to make new one i cannot access my stash. Would really like to be able to play as the beta window is open

Support doesn’t fix these, the developers are running scripts to kick players out who get stuck online every few hours. The stash issue is a separate bug with no current work around. Information on these are at the two threads below.

"This Character Already in Game on Server"

Hey y’all, This is a bug that’s already on the developers’ radar. They’re fixing them manually right now while they work on a more long-term fix. Test again every hour or so and the character should eventually be able to be accessed again.

Shared Stash Can't Be Accessed

RIP, The Shared Stash issue is a separate one, but it’s also on the developers’ radar. Sorry for the inconvenience, but the beta helped reveal that bug so hopefully we can fix it up ASAP. I moved you to a new thread so we can keep reports of this separate from the “character stuck in game” reports and make it easier for people to find the information. Either way, the devs are working on figuring out how to unlock any locked shared stashes for players who get stuck online and have to be manuall…

Please refrain from opening multiple threads on issues that already have collective threads, and instead post on threads which already exist if you need to provide feedback. This helps us track who’s having what issue and prioritize bugfixes. Either way, we appreciate the reports.
