I have been doing lvl 109 or so keys, and when i finish, the gems of the loot dont go in to my inventary…
Do you mean to say that nothing happens when you left click to pick them up?
You have 4 non-Season Characters on the Europe Region. 3 of them are Level 70 (1,160) and have Legendary Gems equipped.
Is your Inventory full when you try to pick them up?
I think we need a few more details and , maybe, a screenshot or two.
First time I ever heard about this ‘Bug’.
Level 109 key can mean a GR or an EN.
I haven’t seen a single gem drop from GR.
However… it sounds like the player is Blood Shard capped.
Shards should be continuously spent at Kadala.
