After 2mins loading “checking versions” , the login form say me: Battlne net is not responding. Please try connecting again in a few minutes.
I tried it 3 days ago, but nothing.
I tried to reinstall.
I tried to install another computer.
But still cant login. My chars will be expired 
edit to support team: I use the new cd key, what included to this account, so if you can, pls check it whats the problem with my connection :\

“Checking Versions” is Blizzard telling you, that you got (temp) banned. Maybe you used or still are using a VPN? Or you switched in between games too fast.
turn off your VPN and try again in two weeks. Yes TWO WEEKS. could be longer if you keep trying to log in.

chars will be expired but recoverable.
