Error 395002
Did already the typical troubleshooting of deleting battle.net folder and repair tool. Still running in that error. Win10 PC.
before this error happend, I changed to my wizard in main menue -> long loading screen and freeze. restart -> error 395002

yes, error retrieving hero, 395002… Borked again…sad…

same thing same code 395002. Must be if your stuck in load screen and use end task your chars dont save and your screwed till server reset’

Same switched from necro to barb --> LS freeze and now error 395002 when trying to load herolist

Same here. First the freeze getting into a game. Killed the window and restarted…now the error 395002.

Same thing, the game “stuck” during loading screen > alt+f4 > login failed with 395002 error.

same for me , i was doing a rift when changing level game get freezed in load screen for almost 20 min , i decided alt+f4 to restart game and when reestarting error code 395002
plz blizzard fix it reseting server or whatever plz

Jumping on what seems to be the bandwagon today. Having the same issue was having a laggy morning and went to restart and went back in and get 395002.
Tried the repair tool, restart, , reinstalling bnet, reinstalling PTR, all to no avail.

It’s the stupid clones… just disable them and go live with 4th cube slot.
Same here for one account and not an issue on the other. What’s the problem. Went through all the fixes. So now what?
now just w8 until blizzard fix it restarting server
