Hi, I was playing with a friend who was higher level than me and the other day I was in a Nephilim rift, and he joined my game and when he did my enchantress did not go back to town i thought nothing of it, we finished the rift, and he left the game and from that point on I have been able to do greater rift level 27. I have not been able to finish chapter IV “reach level 20 rift solo” please help
If you are inside a rift when they join, your follower doesn’t immediately go back to town. Has always been that way. Once back in town they will leave party.
Are you finishing the GR 20 within the 15 minutes time limit?
You have to do the rift in solo, from the start to the end.

yes, but I went and did rift 14 and it unlocked the challenge rifts so i just did another level 20 and it gave me the achievement
Challenge Rifts have nothing to do with it. But, you got it done, so grats.
14 does not equal or exceed 20 in most universes with base-10 math.
