I’m on level 2 of a nephalem rift (Zhar the mad’s land, if that helps?), and I go to click the exit to level 3. The screen flashes, but doesn’t take me anywhere. I can’t “use” the exit door, I just stand in the doorway, and flash every time I click it to try to move down a level.

[edit] Further info: I can use the TP to get out, and I can go back a level, but when I return, progressing through the rift still is not possible.
