This is not a Tech Support question. You have given no information that anyone can use to help solve the problem.
So, the answer is both yes and no. Some others are having issues, but it may not be the same as yours and most others have no problems at all.
I am from Asia, and I always play on America Server. I can login my account, and when I select a role and press “start” button, it reminds: dis-connected, your user end and server connection disruppted. I deleted the cache but thr problem is still there.
but I can enter game on Asia server.

I am having the same problem. I am also from Asia and always played on American region.
I discovered that I can’t access Blizzard’s support website so I can’t even do an update to the launcher nor D3.
I can play on Asia server and D4.
