Can't connect to the game

Yesterday i had a bug with the achievements not showing instead getting a !!Missing!! sign. Then i followed a guide here to fix it and now i can’t enter the game because it gets stuck in “connecting to server…” and i get a different error. At least yesterday i was able to play now i have this and can’t log into the game.
I tried all the fixes that are here like reset ip / change dns / etc and none of it worked. i can still play other games in battle net like overwatch or warcraft 3 my only problem is with d3

I just wanted to check up here! The details on the post that Meteorblade mentioned would be greatly helpful to look into! For the !!Missing!! issue, this is usually a caching issue or a connection related issue. There’s a few steps that might help with the issue.

• Delete the Tools & Cache folders for the Blizzard Application.
• Try a different region to see if the same problem occurs.
• Try an alternative connection or VPN to test.
