Could you post a WinMTR trace, as suggested in the stickied thread at the top of the forum, to aid other uses and the Tech Support staff in investigating this for you…

As Meteorblade mentioned, a WinMTR test would be helpful to look into the connection issues to our login servers,. Please use the IP Address/Host: us.actual.battle.net for the test.
