Hello all, as title says I cant seem to claim a challenge rift. Ive looked around on the forums but havent found any fix for the switch in forums or reddit.
My console date and time is synced with internet so thats not it.
I got the the boss in time, thats not it.
I spoke to the ghost girl afterwords and she congrats’d me; cool.
Ive completely turned off and on the console like a hard shut down and reboot, that aint it.
Only have seasonal characters and none of them are able to claim or have anything in the inventory. Mail isnt a thing on the switch apparently.
The strangest thing: i can go UP TO the challenge rift podium and press A to interact with it, my character will literally turn to it… and nothing happens. No cast bar, no sound… my guy just turns to it.
What gives? I dont even want the prize i just want to finish the altar of rites.
Is date/time correct?
Someone on reddit asked same question and apparently there’s a solution.
