Demon Hunter. Can’t change active skills once selected, there is no scroll left or right buttons. ie: cannot put strafe on right click if rain of vengeance assigned elsewhere (4) etc. This happens with all active skills.
Do you have elective mode selected in gameplay options? If not, only 1 skill from each category can be selected. Elective allows any skill on any button (almost - not all, but most)

yep that was my exact issue, thanks. I didn’t even know that was an option lol. Seems silly to even have that in there. Thanks again saved my char.
One of the first things I always do with a new game is check out the options features (if available). Answer to 95% of a players issues can be found there.
