I have been unable to send a message in chat window. I can write something in the text field, but can’t send it by pressing return key or any key in fact. I have no idea what to do. Please help solve the issue. Thank you.
Same here When I was playing a game in Diablo3, I liked to chat with somebody in the game. After I typed the contents in the chat box, I could not send the message it out by pressing ‘Enter’. I checked the forum and someone said I could switch on the chat in Game Setting menu, but I could see this option. Would anyone please help?
I would like to second this. My chat is not working. I can press Enter to open chat. Then type. When press Enter again, NOTHING HAPPENS.

Having same issue in season28. Pressing enter in in-game chat does nothing.

it’s your window update issue,
on desktop → right click → personalized setting → time & language → language & region → click “…” on whatever language you use → language option → click “…” on your keyboard option (at the bottom) → keyboard option → enable the compatibility of old version
