you can’t make the hellfire ring, it requires the body parts which you can’t get, there is no 5 million gold plan to be able to make the ring with the items from the levels opened by the key wardens machines
The 5 million gold Hellfire Ring design can only be purchased from Squirt when the hero is level 70 and the game difficulty is at Torment 1 or above.
