When I start the game it says click here to join chat [General]. But when I click on it I get an error saying The channel member does not have permission to perform this operation. (Code 10014). I bought the game over a month ago and I have verified my email.
I am able to join clans and chat with communities.
I have had the same issue, someone please help!!
Just bought the game, I cant talk either, error code 10014.
I ended up refunding since there is no support for the issue.
I’m also having the same issue, and apparently it’s a blizzard issue, not a you issue. We can only hope that a mod picks it up and fixes it.
