I’ve tried everything I know how to do, but can’t install the game. I had the beta installed just fine. The game has had the same “greyed” out install button it had since I’ve pre-ordered it. I’ve tried a few things and made sure everything is up to date. The only thing I haven’t tried is uninstalling the security, which I don’t want to do. Help!
Betas are closed and the game will be live on Sep-23. Until then, having it installed doesn’t mean anything and there may even be a new, full, client on actual launch.

Dang. I rushed to the PC after getting to experience this on Xbox and put in the pre order so I could try the beta on PC. I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t access the beta download, but it now looks like access is old/incorrect news on the interwebs. Ouch. Back to OG D2 now that the itch has set in.
