Cannot Create Hellfire Amulet

Season 24: While playing the game, I bought the design for the hellfire ring and amulet, turned them in to Shen. The hellfire ring showed up on the list, but the hellfire amulet did not. While going through the season journey, I got to the “make a hellfire amulet”, this I could not do because the hellfire amulet was not there. I bought another design for the hellfire amulet and the game would not let me give it to Shen (said it was already there). How do I move on with the season journey if I can’t make the amulet?

Set the filter at the top to show “All”, not “Have Materials”.

So, did you kill the Keywardens in Act I-IV, to obtain Machines, then use the Machines in the hovel in Act I, to open portals to the Uber bosses, then kill the Uber bosses, to collect the materials needed to craft one (and have sufficient forgotten souls)?

Thanks everyone for replies. YEP, had a DUHHH! moment and missed the obvious of course. Thought the filter was on ‘ALL’ but it wasn’t. Very large brain fart!! The amulets show up now.
