There is a green check mark on the challenge rifts page, indicating the challenge has been finished within time limit. However, when I switch to my seasonal hero in adventure mode. I can’t claim my reward cache.

Did you finish the challenge rift before the season started? If yes, you won’t be able to claim it on a seasonal character.
If you didn’t, I don’t know what could be wrong, sorry.

Same thing with me. I didn’t even start till yesterday and finished last week’s challenge. I couldn’t claim the reward. Now I finished this week and cannot claim the reward.
I just completed my 2nd challenge rift of the season, and have been unable to collect it for either one of them. The first one I assumed I forgot to talk to Edira, but this one I’m certain I completed the challenge rift successfully, and talked to Edira before exiting out and starting up my seasonal character. I even created another seasonal character to see if it would show for them, but no go.
I have not played the character other than creating it, and was waiting to collect 2 caches, but as it is, again, two challenge rifts completed, but no challenge rift cache for either one.
Xbox One S, have not been able to claim a challenge rift reward this season and I cannot advance my altar any further as a result
