life for instance when one of the conquest say you have to do a level 45 GR with no set bonus, does that mean you have to do 1 thru 45 GRs with no sets, or just a level 45 GR with no set ?
Just the one GR 45 with no sets, thankfully! Don’t forget also that for this conquest to unequip EVERY set item: even if you’re wearing one single piece and not benefitting from a set bonus, just wearing a green item will count as wearing a set for the purpose of this one particular conquest.

Pretty much what Morgan said. There is no hidden meaning behind the conquests. when it says do a GR20 solo, it means solo as in, no other player, but you can use the followers.
The Thrill requires doing a GR 45 with no set items equiped, not just no set bonus. There are other achievements that can be done with green items as long as you don’t get a set bonus from any of them.
However, with Legacy of Dreams, I would just level it to 25 or higher, and run a build with all non-set legendaries. It will be an easy conquest and you’ll get all the other no set bonus achievements as well since the last one of those is GR 40.
