Can we get an offical response about an offline mode from the community manager

Offline mode is needed

They want to cheat, make the best gear then trade that. That’s what offline mode is for is for cheating as in order to have offline mode the files for your character and items has to be on your computer therefore people can exploit that. Offline mode is 100% wanted only by those that want to cheat.
