Pretty straightforward. After death the buttons to resurrect at corpse, resurrect at last checkpoint or resurrect in town do not appear. The only fix is to leave the game. This has happened in single player by myself as well as multiplayer doing a gr with a friend. I have not experienced it happening often or consistently nor have I been able to take any steps to intentionally recreate it. But it is unfortunate, trying to push solo gr and this happens = have to leave game, abandon the gr and lose a key >.>
