Just came across one on a T11 rift in a Season 26 run. Broken down once into a pair, then they died then nothing. No smaller versions no item drops.

The issue with blue goblins not splitting properly / not dropping loot has been evident for well over 5 years at this point. It’s one of the most often reported bugs on the forums.
