A search for blue goblin in the Bug Report forum finds 43 threads and every single one of those threads has a link back to the stickied thread.
The issue with blue goblins not splitting properly / not dropping loot has been evident for well over 5 years at this point. It’s one of the most often reported bugs on the forums.
