OK, so I worked a lot on getting stuff today, I decided that I’d play as a necromancer for this new season. Anyway I took off my helmet and used the angelic thing on it… then tried to put it back on… kept getting error of can’t wear two of those. exited and restarted game error was still there… so I rolled back to an earlier point today… and lost absolutely all my progress for journey, my items, my equipped… etc, not expected since it was a save point from today… 1… try to fix this bug; 2. can I please have my progress back at the least. |went from paragon over 500 back to paragon 23. so, I’m a bit mad.
just so you know I checked I shouldn’t have lost anything, I’d post proof but I can’t post images… but I checked in listed rollbacks and the one I chose said the following
" Boomer Level 70 (656) Necromancer" so why did I lose so much stuff and progress (that being the character I had the bug on) just realized It says 656 levels it was actually 500+ or so on season, you’d think it would read what it was,
Sanctified items, like crafted Primal items, only allow one to be equipped at a time.
This is not a bug.
You used a rollback for this?
Accounts only get a limited number of rollbacks over the lifetime of the account. Be careful using them for frivolous reasons. They are provided essentially for big emergencies/mistakes.
That’s not a service that is provided.
The article on Rollbacks states clearly in italics that it’s permanent. Meaning there is no possibility of restoring anything that was lost. The rollback initiation page also states that the snapshot used to roll back may not be perfect.
Looking at my most recent rollback point (yesterday), my seasonal DH is showing the NS paragon level, and my seasonal Crusader that I made later in the day doesn’t appear at all. All that can be gleaned from that is the snapshot was between the DH creation and the Sader creation. But it does not indicate when it was in between them:
Closer to the DH creation = large amount of DH progress lost.
Closer to the Sader creation = small amount of DH progress lost.
That is the NS paragon. So you likely didn’t realize how far back the rollback snapshot really was.
Since the disastrous end of season 33, it made me laugh.

Season Theme Details:
- Angelic Crucibles and Sanctified items can only be acquired in Seasonal play and will not transfer to your non-seasonal character when the season ends.
- Angelic Crucibles can drop anywhere in Sanctuary at level 70.
- Players can obtain as many Sanctified items as they would like, however, only one Sanctified item can be equipped at a time.
- Sanctified items can be Sanctified again using another Angelic Crucible.
- No stats are preserved when Sanctifying an item.
- Only level 70 equippable items can be Sanctified—crafted items cannot be Sanctified.
- Followers cannot equip Sanctified items.
