I just turned on the game at 6:20pm and big bug impossible to do the adventure mode and my trunk completely reset, while this morning I and play for a few hours and also this afternoon
I really don’t understand. Thank you for helping me…

Not a bug, just the season is over. So please read how it does here (it is for 14th season but actual for now):

You play in Europe where the Season has ended.
Your character is now non-seasonal. The gear from your trunk is in the mail. Look for the green envelope icon by the chat box.
