Getting “This community is not available at this time. Please try again later. (Code 319045)” since yesterday. I am not able to play any games with groups because I can’t reach out to anyone … All the communities I try to join are not available.

I am having the same issue. I can only whisper people. My clan and communities all show 0 people online.
Same Here, Blizzard fix it pls.
I can whisper people, but I can’t join them and they can’t join me. Looks like pubs and solo for now…
Update:
I updated OSX and my problem seems to be fixed, chat working again, communities have people again.
OSX as in mac os? I am on a PC.
