shield bash is really weak and could use a big buff. While Rolands needs a buff as well I feel shield bash will remain weak if the rolands set numbers are all that get buffed because of how well sweep attack performs compared to shield bash. Please take this into consideration.

They would more likely improve an existing legendary item such as Drakon’s Lesson and leave the passive alone as changing it has other unintended consequences such as improving damage for non-Roland builds.
I make a “decent” shield bash build with using Norvalds steed charge set (cubed flail). I’m nr 38 on non season EU with shield bash for Rolands at GR105. Tried GR110 but need to improve my toughness a little bit
