Broken Crown don't drop more gems

I put the Broken Crown on my follower and there are no gems falling. Has anyone noticed the problem ?

You probably have a legendary shard in your helm. Those don’t count as gems for the Broken Crown effect. This happens to people during the Haunting of Tristram event as well. Not a bug.

20) I’m not getting the correct Gems from Broken Crown on the follower
The emanated power is given to your hero, not to your follower. This means the colour of the extra gems is based on which gem is in your hero’s helm, not your follower’s helm.

Season 25 is a special case, however, as your hero will most likely have a soul shard equipped in their helm. Thus, when the follower is wearing a Broken Crown, there is no non-legendary gem in the hero’s helm for it to replicate drops of.

In summary, it’s not a problem, and it’s not a bug. If you want extra gems whilst farming, swap your helm soul shard out for a standard, non-legendary gem.

Yeah, I keep a broken crown with a gem in it for when I’m doing group rifts or vaults, and put RoRG in the cube.
