While you’re at it “bring back” equipping 2 legendaries of same kind at the same time or allow more than 1 socket in weapons…

What you’re asking for should be in game from day 1 of D3… Just like sapphires, skulls and diamonds (diamonds were added later) among many other items left out from D2 LoD…

Itemization wise D3 RoS is still far behind D2 LoD :neutral_face:

dual wielding 2 handers again would be so dope! and how about bringing back items that give skills from another class? like assassin claws that gave whirlwind in d2.

Blizzard has been hating Barbs for quite some time now. Their new pet now-a-days is the Wizard. Us Barbs are their ugly step child.

If Barbs get what they want, I want DH to quad wield hand crossbows like Bayonetta does with guns.

Honestly some people are either trolling or never played D2 LoD before D3 came out…

Just take a look at D2 barb passives skill tree and compare it to the D3 one:

How many passives can a barb have in D2 at once and how many in D3…

Some passives made Barbs move faster other like weapon masteries increased damage with specific weapon you had equipped…

To be honest, I don’t see why this shouldn’t be an option. Obviously dual wielding 2H weapons needs to have a significant damage penalty (just like in D2).

It is a bit weird that barbs can’t wield 2H weapons in one hand but crusaders can.

Wizards are the top GR pusher this season! Probably just hard to get off the ground running in your case.

Well this season I did not do one so I cant say you aren’t right. Last season it was kind of struggling.

There is a consistent acknowledgement that the Barbarian is behind the other character classes.
In saying this, anything that helps it level out with the rest is a good suggestion.

The advantage as everyone knows is with two flawless royal emeralds equipped at 130% CHD each, in two handed weapons, this would certainly raise the bar a little.

I am open to whatever raises the bar of the Barb equal to the others.

You want D3 to be as cool as D2? In the words of Jay “F*** That Loser” Wilson, “Blizzard doesn’t give two muds, they already have your money.”

What bothers me is that you could before and now you can’t. Apparently it was a “bug” that somehow made it passed release. Does anyone actually believe that crap?

Blizzard hates Barbs? No, I think Blizzard just hates Diablo and it’s dedicated fanbase in general. Most of them (the young new group that made D3) have zero respect for the series and just wanted their sheckles before moving onto the next project where they will rinse/repeat the process.

If anything, it would make 2-handed weapons viable again. Only the Crusader really has a need to use a 2-handed weapon and can use a shield as well. But most will use a 1-handed weapon because it’s faster and the passive reduces cdr. Barbarian, or otherwise, there is not a lot of love for 2-handed weapons.
