And the next bug I haven’t encountered before I started to play the Tal sorc:
I have the double bounties node at the altar unlocked.
It now happened for the second time, that I didn’t get 2 Large Horadric Chests from Tyrael, but only one.
I haven’t found anything about it here, so how to avoid it in the future?

Edit: I’m playing solo and I always empty my stash before talking to Tyrael, so there is ample space in my stash
Are you playing solo? If you play in a group and your inventory is full and a member turns in a bounty then the caches will drop on the ground at your present location.
Another cause could be a bug that means that the theme isn’t active when you start Diablo. So either check in act 1 to see if the altar shows or press Q for potion to see if it works at full health.

No altar. Was still in game so could check.
@Jazz means, if you’re doing Bounties in a group and one of your teammates turns in a Bounty while your Inventory is full, the Cache(s) will drop on the ground and you may not notice it.

Most bugs turn out to be operator error. Glad it wasn’t something actually wrong with the game.
Another thing to note: If you play different modes (ssf, sc, hc) you have to unlock the Altar for each mode you play.

How is “the altar should’ve been there but wasn’t” not a game bug?
Or was that a joke or tongue-in-cheek and I missed it since there was no smiley involved? 
I can’t speak for Alex but it’s a bug if the Altar isn’t there in season. But it’s not a bug that you don’t get double bounty bags if the Altar isn’t present…

Sorry it was operator error on my part. I read it as the double bounty node wasn’t activated, not that the Altar wasn’t even there. Think it was drowsy replying on my part.
Is it possible you were playing on your non-seasonal character? While in-game, check in the upper right to make sure the Seasonal Buffs are active. If they’re not there, altar won’t be there either.
There is a bug (rare but existing) that affects the EU server, sometimes, when you start the game, neither the Altar nor the seasonal theme are present, while the character is indeed seasonal
