Bottomless Potions Special Effects Failing to Activate

Often, drinking a “Bottomless Potion” fails to give the potion’s special buff.
This is trivial to reproduce by mashing keys while drinking the potion and being near full health, as shown in the video linked below. I am not sure which of the two is required.
Many people are experiencing this bug daily, probably the whole playerbase.

Keep in mind this is not just a visual bug, as in the buff really isn’t applied and not only isn’t shown, despite proof missing from these clips.

Bottomless Potion of Kulle-Aid is used in many build and often fail to work, would be really nice if you fix it. I mean it heals you but you can’t break a wall spawned by a waller elite, which means you can’t really use it aggressively.
