does it count to kill the bosses when they are all together from the warden keys or have to be killed on their home turf? for the conquest part of the season?
They count as Ubers in that context not act bosses.
Would be nice if it worked though. (Not that I’ve ever done the Boss mode conquest).

Ubers are not part of Boss Mode.
Neither is Vidian.
Bosses for Boss Mode are:
Act 1 - butcher, Queen Araneae, Skeleton King
Act 2 - Kulle, Maghda, Belial
Act 3 - Siegebreaker, Ghom, Azmodan, Cydaea
Act 4 - Diablo, Izual, Rakanoth
Act 5 - Malthael, Urzael, Adria
The timer starts the moment you enter the game, not when the first boss is killed. If you are fast at bounties, than it is an easy conquest. If everyone else is finishing your act in split bounties, it will be very, very difficult.
